We are ready to accept cancellation before Gift Card has not been issued, once Gift Card details are been issued we won’t accept any cancellation request.
The Refund of the full amount excluding the convenience fee charged will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Convenience fee or handling fee is not refundable in any case.
Once a refund is processed, it will take 3-4 working days to reflect in the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
